Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality visual designs across a range of digital and print platforms. You will collaborate with our marketing and design teams to produce engaging designs that align with clients’ goals, enhance brand identity, and drive user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Creation: Develop visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing materials, including websites, social media content, email campaigns, print ads, brochures, banners, and more.
  • Brand Development: Work with clients and internal teams to create and maintain cohesive brand identities, including logo design, color schemes, typography, and style guides.
  • Digital and Print Assets: Design graphics for digital platforms (websites, social media, digital ads) and print materials (brochures, flyers, posters) to support campaigns and promotional efforts.
  • Web Design Support: Collaborate with web developers and UX/UI designers to create visually appealing web elements, such as banners, icons, and layouts that enhance the user experience.
  • Collaborative Work: Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure designs align with strategic goals, client needs, and brand guidelines.
  • Creative Concepts: Generate creative ideas and concepts for campaigns, presentations, and special projects to push the boundaries of design.
  • Iterative Design Process: Review and refine designs based on feedback from clients and team members, ensuring final products meet quality standards and project objectives.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up with design trends, new tools, and industry standards to continually enhance your skills and produce fresh, innovative work.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills across both digital and print media.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant design tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
  • Experience creating graphics for websites, social media, branding, and marketing materials.
  • Familiarity with web design principles and UX/UI basics.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to deliver polished designs on time and within client specifications.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and other departments.
  • Ability to take direction and feedback while also contributing creative ideas to the team.
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing and how design supports overall marketing strategies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with video editing or motion graphics.
  • Familiarity with web design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS or the ability to work with web developers on design implementation.
  • Experience with print production and preparing files for printing.
