Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented SEO Specialist to manage and implement effective SEO strategies for our clients. You will be responsible for improving organic search visibility, optimizing websites for search engines, and ensuring the best practices in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Your role will be critical in helping clients achieve higher rankings, increased traffic, and improved conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and achieve client goals.
- On-Page Optimization: Conduct in-depth website audits and optimize on-page elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URL structures, and internal linking to improve SEO performance.
- Keyword Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify new opportunities and optimize content for high-value keywords across client websites.
- Technical SEO: Optimize websites for better performance, including improving site speed, mobile-friendliness, and resolving technical issues like crawl errors, redirects, and indexation problems.
- Content Strategy & Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content strategies and optimize existing content for better performance in search engines.
- Backlink Building: Develop and implement link-building strategies to increase domain authority and improve backlink profiles.
- SEO Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz. Provide regular insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor performance and analyze their strategies to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies are aligned with industry standards and search engine guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role with a strong track record of improving organic search rankings and driving traffic.
- Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO techniques.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain SEO concepts clearly to clients and team members.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with e-commerce websites and optimizing product pages for SEO.
- Knowledge of local SEO and optimizing for Google My Business and local search results.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and improving website user experience (UX) for better SEO outcomes.
- Understanding of SEO’s role in overall digital marketing strategies, including paid search (PPC) and social media.
