Looking for Interns with keen interest in creating Social Media reels and optimizing them for better reach

Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Intern who is passionate about storytelling through Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts and who can seamlessly integrate AI-powered tools to enhance content creation. This role is tailor-made for freshers or budding content creators with a flair for visual storytelling, a keen eye for design, and a pulse on the latest digital trends.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, storyboard, and create short-form video content (Reels, Shorts) tailored for various platforms.
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway ML, CapCut, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.) to ideate, enhance, and streamline the content creation process.
• Support in scripting, editing, and optimizing video content for maximum engagement and virality.
• Stay updated with trending sounds, formats, memes, and content strategies across social platforms.
• Assist in content scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking via tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, or Hootsuite.
• Collaborate with design, strategy, and copy teams to align content with brand voice and campaign goals.
• Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or current students in Marketing, Media, Communication, Design, or related fields.
• Prior experience (even personal projects) creating Reels or short-form content is a bonus.
• A portfolio or social handle showcasing your work is a huge plus.
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet quick turnarounds.
• A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
