ClearClick Digital is seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and execute social media strategies for our clients. You will be responsible for growing brand presence across various platforms, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance to ensure maximum engagement and ROI. Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client’s goals, targeting key audiences and maximizing engagement.
- Content Creation: Create compelling, high-quality content including graphics, copy, videos, and other multimedia assets for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Community Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and engage with comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels to build a loyal online community.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and track social media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives.
- Social Media Advertising: Manage paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Performance Analysis: Use social media analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategy and improve results.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure strategies remain relevant and innovative.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital touchpoints.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to clients, highlighting performance, successes, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a portfolio or examples of previous work.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Strong copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative content ideas that resonate with different audiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with video content creation and editing (using tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile apps).
- Understanding of SEO and how it impacts social media content.
- Previous experience working with e-commerce brands or B2B/B2C clients.
