Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and highly functional interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with our product, marketing, and development teams to ensure a seamless user experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• UI Design: Create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications that align with the brand identity.
• UX Research & Strategy: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze user data to inform design decisions and optimize the user experience.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to demonstrate design concepts and ensure usability.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are executed flawlessly and meet business goals.
• Design Testing & Iteration: Test designs with real users, collect feedback, and make adjustments to improve the overall experience.
• Maintain Design Consistency: Establish and maintain a consistent design language across digital platforms, ensuring high-quality standards in design execution.
• Stay Up-to-Date: Keep up with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to ensure ClearClick Digital remains at the forefront of design innovation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
• Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and the ability to create designs based on user feedback and research.
• Experience in designing responsive, mobile-first web applications.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• A strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in motion design or animation.
• Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and best practices.
• Experience designing for e-commerce platforms, SaaS products, or digital marketing tools.
